This is an opportunity to escape your roles and responsibilities for a few hours, leaving the noise of the world behind…to get quiet, gently shifting your focus from thoughts of the past or future and just be present in the moment and reconnect with the woman within you through guided writing and creativity.

What makes a Woven Narratives Day Retreat so special?

First we will do some guided writing to help you reconnect with yourself right from the start.

After morning tea, you discover what your values are at this point in life and how they impact all your choices and decisions. This exercise has changed lives in every workshop I have used it in.

Then we break for a delicious lunch and you can stroll around the beautiful flower farm if you so wish. Take some time to sit in one of the many reflection spots and feel your soul filling up again.

In our afternoon session, we make Truth Cards with the insights you have discovered during the morning. Something wonderful happens when a group of women sit around a table being creative together – deep friendships have been made in previous workshops!

All in all, the day retreat is a special opportunity to ground yourself, through your heart and your hands, leaving you refreshed with new insights and beautiful visual reminders to take back with you to normal life.
