Wednesday Teenage Art Skills for 13-18 years – Term-2

Are you a creative teen who wants to learn new art techniques? Maybe you’re a high school student who’s currently completing art in NCEA? Maybe you’re not, but want to stay creative and keep improving your art skills? This class is for you!

  • Wednesdays
  • 4:00pm – 6:00pm
  • 6th May – 24th June
  • $180.00

This Term 2 art class is tutored by Joslyn Hobbis who has just completed her Masters at Wintec, Hamilton. With advanced experience in painting, sculpture, drawing and printmaking in abstract and contemporary styles, Joslyn aims to teach students experimental skills with art materials.  The idea is to break through perfectionist barriers to unleash creativity while improving observation skills. Students will also have opportunities to work on art from outside of this WSA class.

This is a fun class which can sometimes be messy, so wear appropriate clothing.

It is better to enrol early! Secure your place now at wsa.org.nz.
