Come and check it out for yourself and join us at the Waikato Society of Potters Open Day on the 15th of April 2023. It’s going to be a fun-filled community event with demonstrations by potters including a raku firing and opportunities to have a go at making something on the wheel or by hand + a cake stall.

This is a great opportunity to bring your whanau along and find out why we love clay and maybe have a go on the potter’s wheel.

It’s a fun, low cost event for families, adults and children alike. You are welcome to watch demonstrations and tour the studio for free. We will have tickets for wheel throwing and hand building activities which will cost roughly a few dollars each.
