Waikato Dussehra & Garba Celebration 2026.

Dussehra is a celebration of the triumph of good over evil and is an important cultural occasion for many families across our diverse community. Our event aims to bring people together through culture, tradition, music, dance and community connection, while creating a welcoming space for everyone to celebrate together.

 Date: Saturday, 10 October 2026 6PM onwards
 Venue: K’aute Pasifika Village Fale, 100 Seddon Road, Frankton, Hamilton

The evening will feature Ram Leela (40 min skit put together by Community Artists in English), cultural performances, Garba, music, community participation and more, making it a wonderful opportunity to connect with members of our local community and celebrate our shared values of diversity and togetherness.
