Start learning raranga skills - join our rōpū raranga.

Our rōpū meets monthly and consists of beginners and experienced weavers.  At each session beginners learn the tikanga of harvesting, preparation and weaving under the guidance of kaiako Meraania Heke-Chase-Perich and learn to make kete koha.  Returning students progress to learn new skills and others in the group bring whatever māhi they have on the go. We welcome all who either want to weave, or learn weaving, in a supportive environment.
