Love, Lies, and Live Music: HGHS & HBHS join forces to perform a fresh take on Twelfth Night

Twelfth Night is Shakespeare’s most celebrated romantic comedy. Written as a romp for performing at court on the last night of Christmas festivities, this production includes mistaken identities, clever disguises, love triangles, trickery, music, and dance – a chaotic, whimsical exploration of the crazy things people do when they are in love. 

Set in the late 18th century, with sumptuous costumes and music by JVKE (performed by a live band and sung live by an incredible cast), romantic confusion and tension of every kind are brought to the fore. This fresh take on a well-loved classic is filled with beauty, mischief, fun, and laughter, making it perfect for the whole family. Performed by an outstanding cast of the best Drama and Music students from HGHS and HBHS, this polished production will delight and uplift… and it all ends happily!
