The Gentle Pause: Art-Making for Presence and Hauora

9 Dec

Slow down and reconnect. Join Abbie McCall (Ngāti Apa) for a calming evening of creativity, reflection, and gentle art-making.

The Gentle Pause: Art-Making for Presence and Hauora

As the world speeds up, this workshop invites you to slow down. Join Abbie McCall (Ngāti Apa), Creative Art Therapist, for a calming evening of hands-on creativity and reflection.

Using the gentle process of felting rocks, we’ll create small punga — symbolic anchors for grounding and balance. This workshop focuses on process, not perfection — a time to reconnect with yourself, breathe deeply, and find presence through art-making.
