Learn three fun ways to create a small art work at home.

In this workshop, you will have the chance to try out three ways to create a small artwork using materials you likely already have at home or can purchase cheaply. We will explore two painting techniques and one collage technique. All materials will be provided, so you won’t need to bring anything on the day. If you would like to bring a support person, they are welcome to join you for free.

The workshop will be held in the Te Awamutu Library meeting room. There are disability parking spaces outside, flat access to the room, and toilets available just outside the meeting room. Participants are free to come and go during the two-hour workshop.

Participants will be able to take home step-by-step guides and a free small canvas, allowing them to create their own artwork and participate in The Canvas Project.
