The Art Room Project is a creative wellbeing programme in Hamilton for girls aged 14–17.

The Art Room Project is a creative wellbeing programme in Hamilton for girls aged 14–17. Through creative journaling, art-making, reflection, and conversation, participants are supported to explore their strengths, values, interests, and goals in a safe and welcoming environment.

Using a repurposed book as the foundation for a personal journal, participants will experiment with collage, drawing, writing, and mixed-media techniques while creating a journal that reflects their own story. This programme is designed to support confidence, self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing through creativity. No artistic experience is needed.

Starts Tuesday 4 August – 8 September
3.30pm – 5pm, 6x weeks
