Visit artists in their open studios - Waitomo to South Ruapehu, including local art galleries, gardens, local food, culture and adventures to boot
Join us on the 2025 Adventure Highway Art Trail from Waitomo to South Ruapehu on the weekends of 22nd and 23rd February and 1 – 2nd March 2025, 10 am to 3 pm. This is a FREE event. This is also a sister event linked to the Ruapehu Art Awards to be held later in the year. Discover fresh original talent, visit local Art galleries and Artists in their Art Studios, and discover some of New Zealand’s best prestigious gardens in hidden locations. Explore local cafes and restaurants, and if we get time to complete it, enjoy an interactive mystery ghost story and find clues at each studio. Solve the puzzle and win fun prizes.
