Hamilton Civic choir invites you to join them for their inaugural fundraiser Whisky Tasting at the Cambridge Town Hall – Victorian Room on Saturday, September 21st at 6:00 PM.

Hosted by Chris Barclay of the Hamilton Beer & Wine Co., this tasting experience continues with the evening’s theme of celebrating the Scottish diaspora – Slàinte Mhath! 🥂 Do you love a wee dram to warm your belly and soothe your soul in the evening? Come along and enjoy a professional whisky tasting experience!

Learn about the history of uisge beatha, Scots Gaelic for “water of life”: how the Scots took whisky with them as they spread throughout the world, how its popularity has grown over time, how different places came to impart their own signatures on whisky, and more. This tasting experience will explore some of these signatures by sampling six different drams, from Scotch whisky to other types of whiskies/whiskeys found throughout the world.

Upon arrival, please enter via the Victoria Street entrance by the horse statue.
