Six Inches of Soil: documentary and Q&A with local food producers

Inspiring documentary about British farmers who fight against the corporate food industry. Followed by 20 mins discussion with local food producers.

This is a one-off screening and Q&A session at The Regent Cinema in support of New Zealand Organic Week.

Watch an inspiring documentary about how three young British farmers stand up against the global industrial food systems. They are transforming the way they produce food – to heal the soil, our health and provide for local communities.

Session is two hours – including the 90 min documentary, a short homegrown film by Deane Parker, followed by a brief panel discussion Q&A about themes raised with five local sustainable food farmers, producers and retailers.

Tickets are $18pp ($15 seniors/students). Proceeds will support the work of Organic NZ and Quorum Sense.
