Shear Harmony - Barbershop in the Woolshed
Stunning vocal entertainment from Mighty River Harmony, Manu Mātātahi, and The Usual Suspects - the Waikato's top barbershop groups - at The Woolshed
Mighty River Harmony is well known for its powerful bass voices singing in four-part harmony. In this special event they are joined by the brand new and barbershop chorus Manu Mātātahi, a mixed voice youth chorus who achieved an amazingly high score at last year’s Pan Pacific Barbershop Convention.
We are also lucky enough to feature New Zealand’s champion barbershop quartet The Usual Suspects. Having won the NZ contest, this awesome foursome are heading to the USA in June for the international quartet competitions.
Be prepared for some rich harmony versions of old songs and new, and lots of fun with a bit of audience participation. Join us in the wonderful Woolshed, a stylish event centre at the Te Awa Lifecare Village, 1866 Cambridge Road, Cambridge.
Tickets $20 available from Paper Plus, Cambridge; Te Awa Lifecare reception phone (07) 827-6103 ; or Mighty River Harmony phone 0211844570.
