In this class children will cover a range of mediums and techniques.

From learning how to hold a pencil for sketching and how to take care of your tools. We will explore drawing techniques, basic colour theory including the colour circle and colour mixing, warm and cool colours and blending colours. We will draw, explore mixed media artworks, dye and salt, make creative portraits and construct with clay. Throughout the term we will discuss famous artists and create art inspired by their masterpieces.
