Hamilton aka 'The Tron' will return to circa 1800 in an elegant evening of dances from the regency period, reminiscent of Jane Austen or Bridgerton.

Hamilton aka ‘The Tron’ will return to circa 1800 in an elegant evening of dances from the regency period at the Matangi Assembly Rooms on Saturday 13 June 2026. 

Channel your inner Jane Austen or Bridgerton character on the dance floor. A regency music ensemble will accompany the dancing and all dances will be led by the Dance Mistress. Enjoy a convivial evening of dance, music, conversation and a light supper.
 

Early bird tickets are available 1 – 30 April / $30 Students (with ID) / School-age $5  – It’s all about the dancing and is not a spectator event.

Preparatory classes for the ball programme commence 14 May for 5 weeks in Hamilton. Early bird ticket holders receive a class discount.
