Spring is a magical time, bursting with energy and colour. Join Mila and capture Spring in watercolour.

Spring is a magical time, bursting with energy and colour.  Spring in The Sculpture Park at Waitakaruru Arboretum brings inspiration with trees budding and plants flowering.  Watercolour is the perfect medium to capture the exuberance of this season.  Join Mila Renault to explore watercolour skills as she shares some of her drawing techniques and joy of colour.  This is a dynamic process for a dynamic time of year.

Hosted at the heart of our beautiful site this day-long workshop allows you to step away from daily life and become immersed in our unique environment.  Surrounded by nature Mila will guide you as you experiment with watercolour techniques to produce beautiful images.  Whether you are just starting your watercolour journey or are wanting to add new skills to your creative tool-belt, this workshop offers the opportunity to work with an experienced artist and tutor.
