Life drawing of human figure every Friday afternoon at the Cathedral
Join the longest running untutored Life Drawing group in Hamilton to study human anatomy and gesture of short and long poses. Normally every Friday afternoon 12:20pm – 2:40pm. Posing starts at 12:20pm with a 20 min tea break, and usually finishes at 2:40pm. Generously hosted by the St Peter’s Cathedral with some free parking. We provide:
- paper (newsprint, map sheets, etc.)
- drawing materials (charcoal, pencils, etc.)
- desks and chairs
- boards, easels
- heating/fans
- a plinth, blankets, pillows, and props for the model
- afternoon tea
A casual visit is $30 per artist, cash or ticket. No expiry on tickets. Regular members and students pay $20. New and experienced models are welcome to apply (the pay is $60+) by Sending Message to our FB/IG:
