Start learning raranga skills, join our rōpū.

Our rōpū meets monthly and consists of beginners and experienced weavers. At each session beginners are taught by our kaiako Meraania Heke-Chase-Perich. they will learn the tikanga of harvesting harakeke, it’s preparation and how to weave a kete koha or kono.  Returning students progress to learn new skills and experienced weavers res in the group bring whatever māhi they have on the go.  We welcome all who want to weave in a supportive environment.
