Journaling for Joy: A Craft-based Mindfulness Workshop

A Sunday afternoon workshop in which participants will respond to gratitude and grounding prompts through writing and paper craft.
This Journaling for Joy workshop is a two hour collage craft session with guided writing prompts to help you relax, unwind and appreciate life’s little glimmers a little more. You’ll leave with a selection of writing prompts and a collage-covered concertina zine.
Journaling for Joy feedback (Workshop held 7th June, 2026)
“A very supportive space enabled by the skilled facilitation of Brittany Rose.”
“It made me think more about the different forms of gratitude and to be more mindful of those moving forward. The joy of creating the zine was awesome, the limited time meant I couldn’t overthink it and just started creating.”
“I left feeling like my cup was refilled. Was such a lovely afternoon connecting with lovely, like minded people, having space to do something creative and fun – engaging with the inner child.”
“It helped me to play and feel rested and connected with others. It reminded me to slow down and let the body catch up!”
