Book launch of a recent poetry publication with a difference. Text and illustrations.

Poppies Bookshop in Hamilton is pleased to launch a new poetry book called I REMEMBER I FORGET. It’s one long poem, (56 pages), written by local writer and artist, Peter Dornauf. Each page of text is matched on its opposite page with an image of a painting from the work of the artist. The whole piece is a loose narrative evoking a time that conjures comparison with the Garden of Eden. This is Eden in the Waikato. There will be a short talk, readings and refreshments.
