Home Kills is a film that has captivated audiences with its thrilling storyline and black comic twists. Filmed in the stunning regional and rural areas of the Waikato and Bay of Plenty, the movie showcases parts of our country that are rarely seen on screen. The film features an impressive cast, including Josh McKenzie (AFTA award-winning, La Brea, The Twelve), Mavournee Hazel (NCIS Sydney), Stefan Dennis (Neighbours), and Cameron Jones (Shortland Street).
It’s desperate times for a small, rural on farm slaughter and butchery service and brothers Tom and Mark are struggling to get by; as big business begins to threaten their livelihood the owners fall into offering a new service; killing people, to make ends meet.
