The Arts Collective Whangamata present the Harcourts Challenge annual art event, Memorial Hall, Whangamata

HARCOURTS ART CHALLENGE & BIG ARTS DAY OUT 2024

The aim of the Arts Collective Whangamata/Harcourts Art Challenge is to foster and encourage artists living and working in the Coromandel Peninsula. The competition is open to artists in Coromandel, Bay of Plenty and Waikato.

All the artworks are available for viewing and for sale during the “Big Arts Day Out” event which will be held at the Memorial Hall, Port Road, Whangamata on Saturday 27th & Sunday 28th January 2024 120am to 4pm in conjunction with the Arts Collective/Harcourts Challenge.

The Prize Giving and a night of music, wine and canapes will be held on Friday 26th January, 5:00 – 8:00 pm. This is a preview of the art for sale and tickets will be available at the Whangamata Information Centre from mid December.
