Guided Mind and Body - online group
An online group experience guided by Dione - a registered Arts Therapist - taking you through a personal journey with movement, drawing and writing.
Guided Mind and Body is an online group with a difference! With a focus on safety and your own process, participants can choose their level of exposure – choosing to keep their camera off altogether if they choose. There is no verbal interaction between group members or with me. I guide the group through a process with dance, drawing and writing giving a precious hour for self-reflection, exploration and self-care. Each person interprets the guidance (or follows their own path as guided by their own inspiration) and feedback tells me that people have a unique and meaningful personal experience.
The group is open to everyone. There is no ongoing commitment, but you can come as the timing suits you: Tuesdays 11.30am and 7.30pm ongoing! I offer a free intro session by booking with the code TRYGMB and after that classes are only NZD$20/session.
