Fete de la Musique at The Don

You could hear covers of Bob Marley or Pearl Jam at this free afternoon of music.

There will be something for everyone in this lineup, so pop along, have fun, have a great afternoon of LIVE music at the Don at the University… Plus it is free!

1pm: Sean Lurman
2pm: Darz
3pm: Stage Fright with Nichole Suarez
4pm: Cossie Ukes

This event is part of the Fête de la Musique, a free celebration of live music organised by the Hamilton Blues Society and the Alliance Française Hamilton.

Sean will be mixing up the genres a little, playing solo.
Darz offers a broad range of music as well, rock, pop, funk, soul, blues, classical, ambient sounds; covering bands such as: LAB, Bob Marley, Pearl Jam, Tash Sultana, Gary Moore, Six60, Fat Freddys Drop, and many more with vocal, guitar and looper.
Stage Fright is led by Mat Ferris and he has a new vocalist to introduce, Nichole Suarez.
The Cossie Ukes round out the day, in the words of the band leader “it’s about entertaining. Nothing more, nothing less. If we can bring a smile to someone, we’ve succeeded and to encourage people/ groups the ukulele is a lot of fun.”
