Fun, Fitness & Friendship! 60min high energy dance cardio class to an epic playlist!

If you’ve never taken a dance class before, or you’ve trained in dance, this class is for YOU! Our EVE DANCE FITNESS CLASS is a 60min high energy dance cardio class to an epic playlist! Class will include a warm up and cool down. No dance experience required, just good vibes!

Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Duration: 60 minutes

Location: Jazz Unlimited (Studio 1) 188 Kent Street, Hamilton, Waikato 3204 (off-street parking available)

Please wear comfy clothing you can move freely in and white soled flat shoes (no black soles, bare feet is fine).
