Does your child have big emotions and sometimes struggle to know what to do with them? Are you looking for gentle and creative ways to support your child and empower them to manage their feelings? Join our children’s arts therapy programme where we use creativity and artistic processes to explore themes around emotional awareness, resilience and emotional regulation, in a supportive group environment. This programme is run by two registered clinical art therapists.

What: Children’s Art Therapy Group, 7-12 years old
When: Thursdays Term 1, February 9th for 9x sessions
Time: 4pm – 5.30pm
Where: Arts For Health, 2 Seddon Road, Frankton
Cost: $50 for full term per participant

*Or two children pay $50 if they are from the same immediate family.
