Cut & Paste Sessions Vol. 01: Female Body Hair

    Feb 16 – 24

Learn the art of collage and zine-making while diving into the history of female body hair removal.

The Cut & Paste sessions are a series of creative workshops where we practice the art of collage and zine-making. Every Cut & Paste edition has a theme. The theme of this first edition is Female Body Hair.

Have you ever wondered when and why women started to remove their body hair? Dive into the history of it while putting your creativity to work.

No experience needed! You’ll enjoy it just as much if this is your first time making collages or zines (handmade booklets).

It’ll be a wonderful and energizing session spent in the company of amazing wāhine. There are three dates available and spaces are limited:

    • Fri 16 February, Auaha front room, 10am – 12pm
    • Sat 17 February, Kathleen Glenn room, 10am – 12pm
    • Sat 24 February, Kathleen Glenn room, 10am – 12pm

Project kindly funded by the Creative Communities Scheme, Hamilton.
