Craftables: Finger Knitting

Oct 3 – 14

Finger knitting fun! Create some creatures with yarn!

Using bright and colourful wool, the finger knitting technique is an easy craft that kids and their parents can do together.

Learn how to make a colourful purerehua (butterfly), neke (snake) or wheke (octopus), inspired by the artworks of Lissy and Rudi Robinson-Cole featured in our exhibition Toi is Rongoaa.
