The Whangamata Easter Arts Trail is a vibrant event showcasing 12 art hubs and studios with over 30 exhibiting artists

The Whangamata Easter Art Trail will take you on a creative exploration, visiting 12 open studios/hubs with over 30 exhibiting artists. A diverse range of artwork from painting and sculpture to mixed media, flax weaving and ceramics. There are jewellers, potters, mosaic & fibre artists who will be showcasing their work. A self-guided tour will take you into the studios and creative spaces of some of the regions most talented artists. Start at the Whangamata Information Centre, The Little Gallery or Bask Gallery in the centre of town then jump on your bike, take a walk or drive to each of the hubs to experience the magic of artistic expression on display.
