Featuring local artists; Margaret Feeney, Jo Moon, Carin Nicola, Robin Ranga, Grace Thresher, Jana Wood, Janine Blackburn, Matt Coker, Nicole Foster, Kim Keary plus local guest artists.

Some studios will be running interactive workstations, where visitors can experiment and explore with a great breadth of materials and processes. From loom weaving and ceramics to multi-media artworks and sculpture.

Sunset Takeaways will be open for hot food, Sundays coffee for beachside brews and light snacks, plus Nippies Edible Art will be providing homemade sweet treats alongside Grace Thresher’s studio.

Port Waikato is approximately an hour’s drive from both Hamilton and Auckland, providing 7km of pristine black sand, great for a walk. With Lifeguards on patrol and rolling west-coast waves for a surf or a dip, also the final departure of the mighty Waikato river.
