Te Awamutu Concerts Alive! Aims to bring high quality, live concerts to our local community at an affordable price. We are very pleased to present a local, talented musician, Matthew Chanwai to St John’s Church for an afternoon of familiar and inspiring pieces of music performed on cello and St John’s Church Organ.

Come and enjoy a unique concert, featuring music by JS Bach, Reger, Thiman and Widor; this programme is sure to delight an audience of all ages. All welcome! Entrance is only $25 cash on the door, students are free.

Money raised from this event will contribute towards Matthew’s forthcoming further studies as Organ Scholar at Downing College, University of Cambridge, England.
